Technical Advisor with German
While working on this position you will have a great chance to apply your excellent IT skills and passion for Customer Care in a multinational team in Poznan, Poland. Under direct supervision, in a contact center environment, as a Technical Advisor you will use computer-based tools as well as your own problem-solving skills to identify, research, isolate, and resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical contact for customers within the Service Desk
• Provide technical support and customer service
• Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Requirements:
• Written and verbal fluency in German and business level of English language
• Experience in a customer support/service environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
• Analytical skills, ability to identify solutions
• Passion for IT environment
