This is the first initiative of this type in Central Europe and the main IT helpdesk platform on the old continent. The employees of the Polish branch will offer IT support for business clients from all over the world.
Now the International IT Service Centre opens its door to candidate for the position of:
Multilingual Helpdesk Consultant
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical contact for customers within the Service Desk
Provide technical support and customer service to Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/French/German language speaking regions
Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customer's end users
Route problems to internal staff
Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Requirements:
Written and verbal fluency in Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/French/German and English language
Experience in a customer support/service environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
Analytical skills, ability to identify solutions
University degree in Computer Science/Information Technologies is an asset
IT experience (internship/training/work)
