Now the company office in Wrocław opens its door to candidate for the position of:
Customer Service Advisor for the Netherlands
Responsibilities:
• Work as a Customer Center Representative to assure high quality of Customer Service
• Contact with business partners from different European countries
• Support the day-to-day efforts, activities of the department to achieve the business plan
• Coordinate and maintain process documentation
• Recommend projects to improve current processes
• Training and transfer of knowledge among the team (new process or projects)
• Identify and quantify process/application improvements and benefits
Qualifications:
• fluent Dutch language
• excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• communicative command of English
• active listening skills
• good team player
• experience in the tourism/hospitality industry or customer service will be an asset
• knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• minimum Bachelor's degree or students of final year (post secondary degrees are also taken into consideration)
