Our Client one of the world leaders in Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) is currently actively looking for experienced and multilingual candidates.
Job description:
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of transactions (AP or AR)
• Adherence to control procedures ensuring that current operational procedures are followed
• Validate and investigate claims using various in house and clients applications
• Analyse document and take appropriate action
• React to client requests/queries in timely fashion manner
• Ensuring high quality of services.
• Contribute to a good team work through proactive communication.
Languages:
Fluency in clients local language: German or Italian or French or Dutch or Finnish or Swedish or + good English
Required:
• 1-2 years previous accounts experience
• A business/Finance/Economics university qualification
• Strong user of Ms Office, Excel, SAP is an advantage
Skills:
• Attention to details.
• Client customer focused
• Confident communicator
• Ability to use own initiative,
• Commitment
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
