At the moment, we are looking for Dutch-speaking candidates who would like to join new team providing services to our Client – Facebook in Warsaw’.
Key responsibilities:
* Respond to contacts from users within agreed turn around times and standards of quality
* Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent Dutch and English
* Graduate with min. 2 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
* Cultural understanding
* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
* Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
* Flexibility for occasional weeknights and weekends
* Computer literacy
