Our Client is a leading global IT services company, working with clients in the areas that impact and redefine the core of their businesses.

Right now for the company's office in Poznań we are looking for candidates for the position of


IT Customer Service Representative with Danish/Dutch or Finnish language



Responsibilities:

Act as the technical contact for customers within the Service Desk

Provide technical support and customer service in Danish/Dutch or Finnish and English language

Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customer's end users

Route problems to internal staff

Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners



Requirements:

Written and verbal fluency in Danish/Dutch or Finnish language as well as in English

University degree in Computer Science/Information Technologies will be a great asset

Interest in pursuing career in IT

Experience in a customer support/service environment

Strong communication skills

Organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals

Analytical skills, ability to identify solutions
