Compliance and Ethics Specialist will be responsible in determining whether operations of a business within the Czech and Slovak Republics are in compliance with the internal processes and procedures by:
Resolving Dual Distributorship, Ethical, Advertising, Transfer and Compliance requests and issues with positive or with the minimum negative impact
Reviewing local Distributor data and information (brochures, flyers, internet sites, etc.) to ensure they are in compliance with company approved guidelines
Answering Distributor’ questions and provide related information regarding the company’s advertising rules and regulations
Conducting investigations into issues delegated by the manager
Providing management with precise statistics according to given parameters when required.
Requirements:
Fluency in Czech, Slovak and English is a must
A minimum of two years post qualification experience gained in a compliance, customer service or debt collection department
strong logic and problem solving with ability to innovate
strong quality, results and detail orientation
Ability to maintain sensitive, confidential and privileged information
Interpersonal and communication skills
assertiveness, self-confidence and diplomacy
Excellent PC skills
Willing to travel across the Czech and Slovak Republic
