For our Client we are searching candidates for the position of
IT Helpdesk Consultant with German
Main responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming calls and e-mails from the customer
- Providing technical support to customers
- Assisting clients installing software
- Creating incidents and assigning them to the right team
Requirements:
- University Degree preferably in Computer Science
- previous experience in IT field
- fluent German and English
- strong communication and solving-problems skills
