Our Client, well established organization with the service center in Krakow is currently looking for: Contact Center Agent with Romanian
Specifically, you will:
•Provide a rapid response to queries from suppliers, vendors and client's personnel
•Meet Customer Service targets in terms of response time and resolution
Requirements:
•Good working knowledge of English and Romanian is a must
•University degree
•Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Excellent communication skills
•Customer Services experience is an asset
