The role: Enterprise Geospatial Account Manager, Central and Eastern Europe
The Enterprise team at Google is on the front lines of helping the globe "go Google." As an Enterprise Direct Sales representative, you evangelize Google tools like Apps, Search and Chrome to leading companies, schools and government agencies. You champion the innovative power of our products to make these large accounts more productive, collaborative and mobile. You bring Google's portfolio into big and small companies around the world, and handling complex customer and stakeholder relationships comes easy to you. With a passion for Google products, you seal the deal and help make the world a more Googley place.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team of experienced, high achieving sales people in Google's Enterprise Geospatial Team covering Google Enterprise Geospatial portfolio in the region, including Google Earth Builder, Google Maps for Business and Google Earth Enterprise. Working within the Google Enterprise team and the wider business you will develop new prospects and follow up on marketing and sales leads in order to close deals and deliver on region quarterly quotas and achieve sales objectives for Google's enterprise business. You will work in a cross industry role requiring a broad set of capabilities to deal with stakeholders within the customer base and within Google to develop this market. You will be a quota carrying hands on sales person with business development thinking to help drive the success of this market. You'll open doors with potential partners, help to lead exploratory discussions with them, evaluate opportunities and negotiate and close business deals.
Responsibilities:

* Achieve quarterly sales quotas and generate and qualify all leads and sales opportunities
* Negotiate and close strategic and revenue deals and manage existing partners
* Leverage Google sales engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them
* Represent Google at trade shows and industry events
* Frequent travel around the region to meet with customers. Occasional travel in the rest of Europe and to USA for training, conferences, and internal meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BSc degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters degree in GIS or related field
* Proven track record of selling enterprise GIS solutions in the region and preferably elsewhere in Europe
* Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas across multiple verticals and industries (including public/defense)
* Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/deals with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work independently but within a team environment.
* Fluency in written and spoken English as well as fluency in Polish or another Central/Eastern European language
