For our Client, international company, being well known leader within travel branch to meet its increasing demands, we are currently looking for candidate for the position of: Customer Service Specialist with Italian or German or Dutch.
Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
-Supporting customers on the phone and via email within travel branch
-Handling all customer complaints and feedback, follow up on the cases
-Advising and solving various problems that may occur
-Ensuring customer satisfaction
-Build and maintain good professional relations with customers
Requirements:
- University Graduate
- Fluency in Italian or German or Dutch
- Good command of English
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in working in travel industry would be an asset
- GDS knowledge will be an asset
- Client oriented personality
- Very good communication skills
- Stress resistance
- Wiligness to shift work
