For our client, a leading outsourcing company in the IT sector, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of: Help Desk Analyst with knowledge of Romanic or Scandinavian languages, or Dutch.
Location: Bydgoszcz (Poland)
Job description
transfer of technical problems reported by users to technical support lines,
monitoring of reported problems and contacting users, as well as the Technical Department,
shift work,
first line support of international customers.
Requirements:
fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Romanian
knowledge of English will be an advantage,
computer skills,
basic Windows and MS Office knowledge,
strong communication skills,
good work organization.
