Approach People is currently recruiting for his client, major company in the construction industry, a supply manager, English and German fluent, Chinese OR Japanese a bonus:
Strategic Supply Manager Finished Products
Your responsibilities
• Define, implement and lead the global supply strategy for specific insert tool segments and develop the optimal global supplier portfolio
• Identify and select new suppliers
• Negotiate and define the supplier contracts
• Support new product projects with allied suppliers
• Identify and realize cost reduction potential and lead yearly review and negotiation
Your profile
• University degree in a technical or economical field
• Experience in sourcing of technical parts and/or project management in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (Chinese or Japanese an advantage)
• Highly committed personality with the aim of own development
• International mobility (readiness to travel: 20-40%)
Position based in the german part of Switzerland
