Our Client, an international company is looking for Telesales Associate responsible for daily contacts with future customers.
Responsibilities of the function:
daily contacts (telesales) with customers (b2b) with information about company
ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of company's products and services
ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
close cooperation with Customer Service Representative and Sales Department
Candidate Profile:
1 year experience in telesales/customer service
good MS Office skills
very good knowledge of English and Polish in written and spoken
good team player, experience in an international environment (will be an advantage)
good written and spoken oral skills
