Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound calls and customers/ clients database
• Updating and inputting data into relevant systems
• Providing a central point of contact for Foreign Speaking clients and first contact resolution on enquires, through both telephone and email communication.
Person specification:
• Fluent command of Swedish/ Dutch/ Danish/Norwegian
• Very good English
• Demonstrating teamwork
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience on relevant position (Customer Service/ Procurement/ Logistics) will be an asset.
