MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the production of company marketing materials
• Provide project information to support business development
• Coordinate internal and external communications (newsletters, newsflashes, websites)
• Edit and proofread all English-language marketing and communication materials
• Facilitate the information exchange and collaboration process externally (clients) and internally (regions and business lines)
• Coordinate branding activities
• Coordinate company presence at various industry events
• Provide logistical and organizational support to a young and evolving team
WE REQUIRE:
• Native English speaker
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate with peers and superiors in an effective manner
• Ability to delegate tasks and support team members with their workload
• Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic environment
• Reliability – ability to complete tasks in the timeline required, to the standard required
• Effective team player
