Currently for our Client, leading company in BPO & SSC sector, we are searchning candidates for the position of:
Junior Associate with German or French
Main responsibilities:
- Transition of Billing process from Switzerland to Poland,
- Suport requestors in queries regarding the invoices,
- Prepering and processing the invoices and ensure they are processed in compliance with customer levels,
- Updating the data in the system,
- Managing the resolution of billing issues,
- Checking the accuracy of the requests.
Requirements:
- University degree,
- Previous experience in customer service will be an asset,
- Fluent German or French,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- High customer orientation.
