For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position as a HR Process Analyst with German or French
Job Purpose:
· Maintenance of process and procedures relating to Recruitment administration
· Responsible for Junior positions – Graduates and young professionals
· Pre-screening of applications
· Sourcing applicants via online/ social media
· Publishing jobs externally (career sites, job boards, universities), maintaining, updating and deactivating jobs
· Maintaining career sites, company profiles, Intranet, web monitoring (Blog, Twitter, Facebook, Xing, StudiVZ, etc.)
· Addressing applicants via Events/ University Marketing
· Interview organization (booking meeting room, organizing catering, inviting applicant for the interview , coordinating interviewer, providing additional information to candidate)
· Offer preparation/ Contract generation (contract preparation and mailing, transfer of master data after receipt of signed contract)
· Tracking and reporting progress on submitted candidates
· On boarding administration
· Other General activities
Requirements:
· Knowledge and experience in Recruitment area or Recruitment Administration area will be an asset
· Experience with managing recruiting data and reports
· Fluent German or French and English language skills, both oral and written
· Understanding of technology/ IT skill sets
· Prior experience in recruiting for German based positions will be an additional advantage
· Academic specialization in HR is preferred
· Excellent Client facing skills
· Very good communication skills
· Able to work to tight deadlines
