- close cooperation with sales department
- cooperation with marketing department
Requirements:
- excellent written and spoken French or German
- very good written and spoken English
- experience in customer service is an advantage
- experience or interest in IT field (Internet technologies etc.)
- ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of company's products and services
- ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
