Job Description
• organization of work from remote location (manager workin abroad)- the current correspondence, calendar, meetings and business trips organization
• preparing reports, presentations, communication
• cooperation with other organizational units in the field of communications, data collection and reporting coordination
• coordination and attention to ensure the proper flow of information
• coordination of communication activities within the Atos
Job Requirements
• Knowledge of English and German or French language
• 3 years experience in similar position
• highly organized and efficient responsibility,
• independency and autonomy in action
• perfect communication skills able to work autonomously in a virtual environment
• good computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
