Job Description
The day-to-day management and operation of all systems used for the transmission of data, voice, text facsimile, image and video, within an organisation’s communications network infrastructure.
The provision or co-ordination of responses to customers of the services, including the operation of incident, problem and change management. Management of network performance, capacity, service quality and the provision, as required, of direct or indirect labour resources to enhance, maintain, or repair operational systems.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with computer networks; ability to diagnose and locate network problems.
- Good French or German, spoken and written (min. Intermediate level)
- Good English, spoken and written - will be an advantage
- Higher technical education with Bachelor’s or Master degree
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP technologies and protocols
- Familiarity with Cisco protocols and routers/switches management
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot network connections
- CCNA certificate or course will be very welcome
