Junior Data Analyst with Danish

At the moment, we are looking for candidates who would like to join new team providing services to Facebook.
Key responsibilities:
• Respond to contacts from users within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
Qualifications:
• Fluent Danish & English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate with min. 1 year of working experience in multinational enviroment.
• Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.
• Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
• Flexibility for occasional weeknights and weekends.
• Computer literacy.
