1 ) Process responsabilities
Accurately perform process specific tasks as requested by process supervisor
- Preparation of data to be entered by accountants and junior accountant
- Performing required controles
- Journal entries (preparation, posting, review)
- Accounts reconciliations
- Supporting local finance manager
- Updating organizational databases (e.g. char of accounts)
- Performing month – quarter – year end close activities (US GAAP & local GAAP)
- Performing local tax activities (VAT Income Tax – Social Securities Tax)
- General ledger activities (e.g accruals, reconcilations)
2) Customer service responsibilities
- maintain good working relationships with the respective Account Payables team and other SSC teams where required
- support the Process manager and the Process Supervisor in achieving the process objectives and continuous improvements
- deliver services in line with agreed controls, procedures and policies
3) Back up for other team member.
