Company: Our client has centralized their EMEA IT support and Customer service operations in Poland. They have several operations centres that support a range of customer service and technical support services. Current opportunities exist for Dutch, Flemish, Norwegian, Danish & Swedish speakers. They have 30 + languages and over 1,000 employees in this centre.
Role: This position is for a 1st line support/ helpdesk role. The duties include answering calls and emails from corporate customers about their software, hardware or other systems. You will troubleshoot the issues, find solutions or work with the 2nd level team to address the issues.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent Swedish plus English. Candidates with IT knowledge of Microsoft applications, NT, 2000, Exchange, MCP, MCSE, A+ are relevant for the more technical roles.
