Junior Accountant/Accountant with Arabic language

Job description:

• Coordinating daily workload and processes

• Administrative/accounting transactions

• Supporting accounting professionals and management

• Ensuring high quality of services

• Cooperating closely in Arabic language

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic language

• Good level of English language

• Degree in economy preferably

• Demonstrated ability to work calmly in fast-paced environment

• Outstanding customer service skills (internship/work/training)

• International experience is an advantage

• European citizenship or permission to work in Poland

User Operations Analyst with English and Arabic

Key responsibilities:

•Respond to contacts from users within agreed turn around times and standards of quality
•Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
•Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

Qualifications:

•Experience in customer service (preferably in a multinational environment)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
