Job Description

• Shift work,
• Work on the 1sth line support,

• The receipt of problems reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems
• The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress,

For our Client, an international and well known provider of accounting and financial services based in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates speaking foreign languages willing to develop professionally in the area of finance or accounting.

Junior AR Analyst/ AR Analyst with Swedish and Finnish

You will be responsible for:

• Performing a number of finance and accounting functions in the area of billing, credit management, cash application, and order entry
• Dealing with clients to collect on dues or provide customer service
• Performing other related administrative and accounting tasks

You should have:

• Fluent English and Swedish or Finnish
• For Junior role: 0-1 years of any work experience (customer service or administration work experience as an asset)
• For AR Analyst: 1-2 years of customer service or administration work experience(any accounting experience would a big asset)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred
• Good command of SAP would be an asset
• Competency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work under pressure of time and tight deadlines
