For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant / Senior Accountant Turkish or Czech or Italian Speaker (AR department)&lt;br /&gt;

Transition phase:&lt;br /&gt;
•Develop an understanding of the current state processes&lt;br /&gt;
•Perform AR daily tasks on site&lt;br /&gt;
•Prepare process maps and desktop procedures&lt;br /&gt;
•Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the AR  areas&lt;br /&gt;
•Establish very good relationship with the client&lt;br /&gt;
•Identify potential quick improvements within the processes&lt;br /&gt;

•Very good Turkish or Czech or Italian skills and good English skills are required&lt;br /&gt;
•Good analytical skills&lt;br /&gt;
•Ability to enhance process and controls&lt;br /&gt;
•Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude&lt;br /&gt;
•Ability to work under pressure&lt;br /&gt;
