For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant / Senior Accountant Turkish or Czech or Italian Speaker (AR department)

Transition phase:
•Develop an understanding of the current state processes
•Perform AR daily tasks on site
•Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
•Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the AR areas
•Establish very good relationship with the client
•Identify potential quick improvements within the processes

Delivery phase:
•Maintain AR scope as described above
•Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
•Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
•Support Team Leader

Requirements:
•University degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics preferred
•Minimum 1,5 year of experience in accountancy in one of: AR area
•Very good Turkish or Czech or Italian skills and good English skills are required
•Good analytical skills
•Ability to enhance process and controls
•Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
•Ability to work under pressure
•Transition experience will be an advantage

Compliance and Ethics Specialist will be responsible in determining whether operations of a business within the Czech and Slovak Republics are in compliance with the internal processes and procedures by:
Resolving Dual Distributorship, Ethical, Advertising, Transfer and Compliance requests and issues with positive or with the minimum negative impact
Reviewing local Distributor data and information (brochures, flyers, internet sites, etc.) to ensure they are in compliance with company approved guidelines
Answering Distributor’ questions and provide related information regarding the company’s advertising rules and regulations
Conducting investigations into issues delegated by the manager
Providing management with precise statistics according to given parameters when required.

Requirements:
Fluency in Czech, Slovak and English is a must
A minimum of two years post qualification experience gained in a compliance, customer service or debt collection department

Ability to maintain sensitive, confidential and privileged information
Interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process
