Description:
Odpowiedzialność za kontrolę i uzgadnianie kont bilansowych oraz rachunku zysków i strat
Rozliczenia wewnątrz-grupowe
Zawiązywanie rezerw, księgowanie przedpłat oraz transakcji bankowych
Raportowanie zgodnie z międzynarodowymi standardami rachunkowości US GAAP oraz SOX
Aktywna współpraca z audytorami w zakresie miesięcznych i rocznych zamknięć okresów księgowych

Candidate profile:
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego i estońskiego (warunek konieczny)
Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze finansów, rachunkowości lub ekonomii
Minimum roczne doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
Zaawansowana znajomość programu MS Office (szczególnie Excel)
Znajomość systemu SAP lub innych programów klasy ERP będzie dodatkowym atutem
Znajomość międzynarodowych standardów rachunkowości US GAAP oraz SOX
Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne
Elastyczność oraz proaktywna postawa w rozwiązywaniu problemów
Zdolności analityczne oraz bardzo dobra organizacja pracy

Customer Service Specialist with Estonian
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Key responsibilities may include:

• Maintains good relationship within' the unit with its colleagues as well as relationship with client and 3rd parties
• Actively performs two-way communication
• Interpretation day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operation practices/work programs
• Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met
• Following given guidelines & procedures actively liaise with colleagues, clients and customers to anticipate and solve issues and risks
• Revise processes and procedures to conform with the business environment, defines best practices and designs leading to business process excellence improvements

Requirements:

• Customer orientation and business/industry awareness
• Fluent English and Estonian
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of desktop computing products: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Analytical skills

• Understands internal control

Accountant with Estonian, english
Job location: Warsaw, Poland

Key responsibilities may include:
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process
• Ensure close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner - preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases, posting of bank transactions.
• Perform a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies
• Manage the preparation of all compliance documentation as defined by the client, responsible for SOX compliance within the team
• Support audit of financial statements as required

Qualifications:
• Fluent Estonian and good English
• Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
• Accounting experience
• MS Office (Excel) skills
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
