Job Context:&lt;br /&gt;

The Business Support Unit operates from the beginning till the end of Know Your Client (KYC) process from creation/renewal to approval of the eCADD which outlines important information about the customer. KYC must be performed to identify clients to gain relevant information required to do the business. Such actions are aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and theft fraud.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Job Purpose:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Business Support Unit is an AML/KYC support/control function within the Institutional Clients Group responsible for the preparation, development, due diligence and approval of the electronic Customer Acquisition Due Diligence (eCADD) and supporting appendices in partnership with Relationship Management and Compliance teams. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Key Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Creating the eCADD in the KYC system sourcing information from internal and external sources by the agreed deadline  &lt;br /&gt;
•	Proactively interacting with relationship management teams and compliance to update system with information until final approval of eCADD&lt;br /&gt;
•	Collating and reviewing information from internal and external sources for company news (Firm website, Regulatory websites, Company website, Dun &amp; Bradstreet, Google etc.) &lt;br /&gt;
•	Validating the information within the eCADD and CIP document to ensure complete and accurate ( Company/Entity Formation, Ownership, Management, Market Reputation etc) &lt;br /&gt;
•	Completing eCADD incorporating local regulatory requirements &lt;br /&gt;
•	Carrying out name screening of entity, directors, beneficial owners in NESS (Name and Entity Screening System)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Taking responsibility for eCADD and associated documentation completion from initiation to approval&lt;br /&gt;
•	Completing checklist to demonstrate work carried out&lt;br /&gt;
•	Reporting workflow progress to supervisor&lt;br /&gt;
•	Meeting agreed daily targets for eCADD review and completion within agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes&lt;br /&gt;
•	Updating workflow database regularly throughout the day&lt;br /&gt;
•	Highlighting any discrepancies to BSU senior analysts&lt;br /&gt;
•	Escalating any negative news and high risk cases to RM/AML Compliance department &lt;br /&gt;
•	Assisting in departmental quality reviews as appropriate (RCSA , CADD Peer reviews etc…)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluency in English&lt;br /&gt;
•	Very good command of Hungarian Language&lt;br /&gt;
•	1 – 3 years experience in banking, finance or law as an asset&lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience in Customer Service&lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience in control/risk or Compliance function as an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
•	Knowledge and experience of the technologies and processes used in Citi&lt;br /&gt;
•	Knowledge of local  regulatory KYC/AML requirements as an asset&lt;br /&gt;
•	Proficient use of  Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Proficient use of KYC applications as an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
•	MIS and metrics and efficiency analysis skills&lt;br /&gt;
